About Me as an Musical Artist
My love for music began in childhood but I have never done a solo. I rarely sing in the shower. I like to sing in groups. I have been in several choirs over the years despite the fact that I am the type that avoids auditions but I like to write all kinds of things. Everyone thought I would write book I've never been close to finishing a rough draft. I did manage to publish an article once during college. I was proud of myself... I did not enjoy the process.
Last summer I remember all of the prose and poetry I used to do in school. I wrote a few song lyrics in high school. I decided to start writing lyrics again and then the Spirt prompted me to check out some Artificial Intelligence (AI) software. I discovered I could generate songs and customize genres of music to best showcase the lyrics. Now I am wanting to create my own radio station someday. Guess what, YouTube can help me with that. So now I am a hobby musician with a quest to share the journey of how to transition from an addict to an advocate. All of the songs are based on true stories. It's an opportunity to share my faith and life experience in a beautiful way while cultivating talents, skills and abilities given to me to serve others. As I progress in this project of writing songs I am going to continue using AI software and later GarageBand to produce the music.
