Ways I Enjoy Soybeans

Tofu

It took me a while to discover the best way to prepare tofu. I didn't realize how versatile it was and now I love it!

Chili

I was making an Israeli coos coos soup but I spontaneously decided to toss in some beans and it was delicious.

Edamame

I like to roast or sauté into any dish to add color or be a heartier substitute for green peas and beans.

Noodles

I haven't tried it yet but I am curious if I'll prefer them to buckwheat in a yakisoba stir-fry or whole wheat as a pasta.
